David was born in Pickens, SC on July 21, 1936 to the late Ernest Casper and Vera Medlock Garrison. 11/27/1957 04/23/2018 .

He loved pulling for his beloved Clemson Tigers baseball team, where he also had played baseball.

Devon was a junior at Jenkins High School where he loved playing sports, especially football for the Warriors.

David was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Pickens where he was involved in many mission trips. He was a longtime resident of Ponca City where he served as an Assistant City Attorney and active practicing lawyer. He is survived by his father, William Bill Garrison, stepfather, Adam Gallegos, brother, James Garrison, stepbrothers, Adam Gallegos and Ivan Arteaga, grandparents, Gerry Garrison, Alma Gallegos, and Adam Gallegos.
